Happiness and health ... Many modern scholars associate these two human states, saying that they are interdependent. In fact, in all civilizations around the globe, there is the belief that man can not develop harmoniously than in combination. It is recognized worldwide for thousands of years. The question you have put scientists was: What should be first, happiness or health? And pretty soon, they found the answer, unanimously, by the way: happiness! There is clear evidence that being happy is not only beneficial for health, but also vital. The truth is that intuitively we all know that. When we are happy we feel better. But most of us confine ourselves to finding a phenomenon when in fact we should make a high priority of our happiness. For what is most precious in a man's life than health - physical and emotional well-being? And what could be more toxic to humans than unhappiness - physical and emotional suffering?

Our brain is programmed for happiness, and there are many studies in this regard. But let us leave aside for the time trials and observe the behavior of our children. How are they? Cheerful and playful, or morose and sad? Everyone is cheerful and happy, of course. Why? Because it was born!

Contrary to popular belief, happiness does not come from wealth, power or fame. Happiness comes from within. The richest people in the world can be simultaneously and very unhappy, while simple and humble people can be very happy. - Speak well of others. It's better to be good than to be bad, right? Gossip can be, to a point, funny, but always leaves you with a sense of embarrassment and guilt. To say only nice things about others is a form of positive thinking, good for your health.

- Do not compare yourself with others. Everyone has their own rhythm of life and their own destiny. A feel superior or inferior else it will not ever bring the inner peace that you need to be happy with yourself. Focus on your progress without you relate to others.

- Choose your friends carefully. Remember that all the unfortunate need company, to have a shoulder to cry on. Therefore, the only people surround optimistic. The more positive energy there is around you, the better you will feel.

- Do not seek the approval of others for what you do. Happy people do not care about what others think about them. Do what your heart dictates and reason and do not let the negativity influence you. It is impossible to please everyone.

Traces of Bing-Bang

On March 17, 2014, a group of researchers made new discoveries in physics. Studying primordial gravitational radiation, those seen with Bing-Bang was found that our universe is a sphere. Why is this important for us?

I personally when I started to read something to understand existence, I realized that the first thing that has most interested to be cleared existence and God had to clarify for himself / herself that understands or how they explain that God spoken so much. To suppose that God is an entity, it is wrong. God as conveyed to us generation after generation, is the creation of man. And if you think seriously what the Bible says, that "God created us in his image and likeness" in fact we find that Man has created God in his image and likeness. Debate if it is to develop it, you can get away. But in my opinion, there can be no more gods, no matter how many universes exist in infinite.

I said that the subject of this post is extremely complex and it is. Only be understood and debated by the open-minded and interested in taking their existence into the light and not the darkness created by religions and even science obscure.

Sadness and Hope

On a narrow path through the woods walking beside two women. One very young, just out of adolescence, and the other at the lowest levels of maturity and old age. Although the young woman was very beautiful, her gait was slow, concerned only the ground and most of the time leads shoulders seemed too big a burden for her powers. Instead, the elderly although her hair was gray, she was thin and her eyes always looked lively and sky. Her step was a brisk and shining smile on her face almost incessantly.

The two walked through the forest a significant period of time, at a time when they saw a clearing near a fountain which was a bank that was stretched another woman. She crouched and her hair hung over the edge of the bank. As they approached they began to hear moans of its weak indicating that the creature is suffering.

- Who are you? she asked the young girl.

Two troubled and tired eyes opened slowly.

After a long sigh, Sadness wondered if this time it will listen to someone the way? For countless times, she felt this need, but no one was willing to grant her any attention, and those who were, however, gave up after a while. - You know, the more it hurts that no one likes me, nobody love me. Everyone is trying to drive me away. But my purpose is precise to join them for a shorter or longer period, people. Sadness sighed again and continues her story:

The Trap

- I promise to do whatever you ask me if I'll be free of this jar.

- Then I reached deeper into the jar.

This seemed strange to young; Why should dig deeper into the ship, when I wanted to get her out?

But he did as his neighbor was told.

The neighbor continued:

- Now open your hand and then dropped nuts that hold in your hand.

Science and "The Church"

Edgar Mitchell was the sixth man who walked on the moon. Together with Alan Shepard and Stuart Roosa, he was part of the crew of Apollo 14, which took off from Cape Kennedy on January 31, 1971 and landed in the South Pacific on February 9, 1971. It was a triumph of engineering, science, training and management, obtained under pressure of technological competition. Back then, their understanding of human consciousness was a goal without a stakes too high. Not to Edgar Mitchell.

 Today, Mitchell, over the past 80 years, remained the last member alive crew. What is good for mankind, since the post-Apollo years he has dedicated his life to a journey more complex. In June 2011, Edgar Mitchell became the seventh person accepted into the prestigious Leonardo da Vinci Society for the Study thinking during a ceremony at the University of Advanced Technology in Tempe. THE MONKS AND THE WOMEN

In a depression which is somewhere between a few mountain peaks lies a monastery where monks lived a small group of ascetics. Living in prayer and love for God they made their time and for administrative and household chores without which the proper operation of the seat would have been affected.
