Sadness and Hope

On a narrow path through the woods walking beside two women. One very young, just out of adolescence, and the other at the lowest levels of maturity and old age. Although the young woman was very beautiful, her gait was slow, concerned only the ground and most of the time leads shoulders seemed too big a burden for her powers. Instead, the elderly although her hair was gray, she was thin and her eyes always looked lively and sky. Her step was a brisk and shining smile on her face almost incessantly.
The two walked through the forest a significant period of time, at a time when they saw a clearing near a fountain which was a bank that was stretched another woman. She crouched and her hair hung over the edge of the bank. As they approached they began to hear moans of its weak indicating that the creature is suffering.
- Who are you? she asked the young girl.

Two troubled and tired eyes opened slowly.
- I? I am Sadness, there was hardly a voice trembling whistling.
- Oh, !, Sadness young woman react in amazement, as if it had met an old acquaintance.
Distrustful, surprised creature lying on the bank asks:
- You know me?
- Of course! continue delicate woman. On my journey, you've been many times together.
- And why do not you frightened ?, wondered Sadness.
- Are you not afraid of me? come next question.
- Why it should be afraid of you, my dear? chime in and older women. Even if she tried to run away from you, all you end up with her ?! No matter where she hide everything you find it.
- Since I saw you I thought you tormenting pain. Are you suffering? Can we help you something? The girl continues the questions.
- I, I am unhappy! said the creature with the same trembling voice replied.
Old ladies sat beside the suffering.
- Are you sad, then, she said, displaying a look of compassion. Come on, let us know you're pressed so hard.

After a long sigh, Sadness wondered if this time it will listen to someone the way? For countless times, she felt this need, but no one was willing to grant her any attention, and those who were, however, gave up after a while. Thus, slightly enlivened and filled with astonishment, she began to display her troubles:

- You know, the more it hurts that no one likes me, nobody love me. Everyone is trying to drive me away. But my purpose is precise to join them for a shorter or longer period, people. But, whenever they feel around, shivered and tried to get rid of me. They are afraid of me and treat me with hostility. Nobody tries to understand my purpose in this world.
Sadness sighed again and continues her story:
- Nobody thinks that impressive works of art were made by people who crossed temporarily for a period of sadness. That's the effect of that sadness makes people more sensitive. Those who go through a period of sadness only serve to prepare the "ground" for a comeback of the will to live. Suffering is a way brought me clearance to the past in order to move forward.
As she spoke her eyes shine and tone of voice grew.
- People have created all sorts of habits that try to hide my presence in their lives. Some mimic bitter smile, others feel pain in the stomach and become panic, some even lose their breath. Even their heart beating like a volcano erupting before. Then the thread is overwhelmed by tears that never stop. Sometimes, some try to forget me twinned themselves with alcohol or drug abuse.

Yes, that's right, you're right !, confirm the delicate young girl, I often met such people.
Hearing this, Sadness fell deeper into her pain, and continues:
- I want to be useful to the people. When accompanied them, they are found. I try to support them and to foment their wounds take away one of their true enemy is despair. A sad man is particularly sensitive and must regain his strength. On a poor pitch on an unhealed pain, suffering finds shelter easy and reinstall amplifying human bitterness. Thus, only those who feel that they give vent to tears callable can heal these wounds really. Despite this therapy, people shun me not want to admit that they are together and dip into their pain. Prefer to display a false mask, forcing it to look natural at all a smile. Or, put their armor and behavior glacial silence.
And when she finished speaking, sadness began to shed a few tears fragile from the start. Then, in silence, they invaded her cheeks and finally come to sob.
The fragile old lady grabbed hands and hugged tightly on the grieving. Felt surprisingly, the skin smooth and soft hands sadness, a sustained whispering
- Cry, my dear, download your tears sad! Thus, you will be able to break free and catch the new powers. Maybe people really are afraid of you, but you must realize your mission and to protect them from other enemies such as anger, despair, or even madness.
Suddenly Sadness string stopped her tears, flushed, her eyes glisten and began, somewhat curiously, she asked her interlocutor:
- OK but, who are you really?
- I ? said the old man with her warm smile, I am Hope.

The Trap

By the time Persian empire ascension a young believer needed a few nuts because his wife has promised to cook fesenjan, a food prepared with nuts. Excited by the thought that his wife will prepare his favorite food, he slipped into a deep pantry and put his hand in a bowl of nuts about half a meter high which was nuts about the height of a hand breadth and grabbed as many nuts could each contain one-handed. When he tried to pull his arm from the vessel, the vessel because the mouth is very narrow, it stuck. As much pulled and
twisted, the vessel did not want to release the arm. He cried, moaned and cursed even as a believer ought
not to do. But nothing helped him. Even when his wife grabbed the jar and pulled it with all his might, nothing happened. Young hand stuck inside the vessel. After several vain attempts, they had called on their neighbors for help. All they watched with interest the scene unfolded before them. One of the neighbors took a look  and asked the young man how this accident happened. With a pathetic voice and groans of despair, the young man told the whole  accident. He told his neighbor:
- I will help you if you do exactly what I tell you.
- I promise to do whatever you ask me if I'll be free of this jar.
- Then I reached deeper into the jar.
This seemed strange to young; Why should dig deeper into the ship, when I wanted to get her out?
But he did as his neighbor was told.
The neighbor continued:
- Now open your hand and then dropped nuts that hold in your hand.
This demand has upset him young. After all, he wanted his favorite nuts for food and now simply had to let them go. Wavering, he followed the instructions that help.
The man said now:
- Shake hands and slowly pull it out of the bowl.
The young man did so, and, behold, without any difficulty, he pulled his hand from the vessel. But it was not entirely satisfied.
- My hand is free now, but where are the nuts?
When neighbor took the jar at an angle and allowed to roll as many nuts the young need. With wide eyes and gaping, he asked the young man:
- Are you a magician?
Genes miser of us who do not cease to only in one direction: the shortest path to the target. Perhaps it would be better to lean more on alternative solutions.
In India uses this method to catch monkeys!
It picks a coconut or a wooden stump in which a hole as big as fit only to hand the monkey!
The hub or coconut binds to a tree with a rope. Inside lay an orange or a fruit as bait enticing.
In fact the "key to success" this technique is the effort needed to do to reach the monkey trap. Just this effort is the one who "cling" monkey psyche. If the road would be easier to trap the animal could get much easier to loot willingness to renounce it would be much increased. The route is very hard to create a fiercely monkey prey to not give up on what eventually makes itself prey to someone else.

I hope that each of you can learn something useful from this story.
